Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

1 ripe banana
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
1 cup nonfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

  1. Peel banana and break into chunks.

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine banana, orange juice anc strawberries. Process until mixture is smooth, 30-45 seconds.

  3. Add yogurt and process until thoroughly blended, about 20 more seconds.

  4. Pour smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve at once.
