Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 cup Orange Juice, Frozen Concentrate, Unsweetened, Diluted

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  1. Add banana's and yogurt to blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Add remaining liquid to the blender

  4. Mix until there are no chunks left

  5. Add to 5 individual freezer/travel ready containers and stick them in you lunch bag in the morning. By lunch they are thawed, freezing cold and delicious for lunch. Add a salad.
