1 cup, halves(152 g) Strawberries
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving LIFETIME PROTEIN MIX

add all ingredients in blender with 1/2 cup ice. I use banana's that overripe & freeze them.
