Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Banana Protein Shake

1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
8 oz Strawberries Lite Sliced
4 oz Fage Greek Yogurt, fat free
1 serving Flaxseed Meal
0.7 level scoop French Vanilla
0.5 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter - with Salt (Creamy)
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Banana Protein Shake

  1. Cook oats w/water in microwave for 3 mins.

  2. Slice banana.

  3. Combine all ingredients into a blender.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Drink half now and freeze the other half for later (make sure you thaw it before you try to drink it again!) or share with a friend!
