Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Banana Protein Shake 2

1 1/4 cup, unthawed Strawberries
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
4 oz Light 'n Fit Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt
3/10 cup Raspberries
1 serving Flaxseed Meal
1/2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 serving Lipotropic Protein Vanilla
4/5 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter - with Salt (Creamy)
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Banana Protein Shake 2

  1. cook oats in microwave or on stove

  2. add oats to blender

  3. peal and slice banana

  4. add all ingredients to blender

  5. blend until smooth and creamy

  6. add an ice cube or 2 (or 3) until desired consistency

  7. Enjoy! (Makes 2 servings)
