Muffin with absolutely no sugar of any kind added (no counting that which is in fruit)

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Banana No Sugar Muffin

1 cup, mashed Bananas
2 large Egg, White
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.33 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 tsp Pure Baking Soda
2.25 tsp Double Acting Baking Powder
2 cup, thawed Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Banana No Sugar Muffin

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray.

  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except strawberries. Mix well. Add strawberries and mix until most strawberries are mashed but some pieces still remain.

  3. Scoop into muffin tins and bake for 20 mins. Remove from tins and let cool completely.
