Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Banana Fruit Shake

1 banana
10 strawberries
30 blueberries
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
2 tbsp peanut butter
12 ounces plain soy milk
1 cup fat free yogurt

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Banana Fruit Shake

  1. cut banana into slices

  2. put banana slices in blender

  3. quarter 10 strawberries

  4. put strawberry pieces in blender

  5. insert 1 tbsp into flaxseed bag, remove flaxseed, place in blender

  6. insert 1 tbsp into peanut butter jar, remove a heaping tbsp, place in blender

  7. pour 12-ounces soy milk in blender

  8. pour 1 cut fat free yogurt (any flavor) in blender

  9. Blend.

  10. Enjoy
