You can eat this after nice workout or minus the sugar and have it as a before bed snack.. but remember dont eat toooo late!

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Banana Delight

2 medium sized Bananas sliced
6 large Strawberries sliced
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon sprinkled on top
1/4 teaspoon sugar sprinkled on top

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Banana Delight

  1. Sprinkle half the amount of sugar and cinnamon at the bottom of a bowl

  2. Slice 2 Bananas into circles and into the bowl

  3. Wash and cut the Tops off the Strawberries

  4. Slice the Strawberries into the bowl

  5. Add the rest of the cinnamon and sugar

  6. Grab a fork and enjoy!
