Using all frozen fruit makes this like soft serve ice cream. I uses vanilla soy milk for extra flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry, Banana, Blueberry Smoothie

2 1/2 cups soy milk
2 medium bananas
2 cups strawberries, frozen
1 cup frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Strawberry, Banana, Blueberry Smoothie

Put 2 1/2 cups soy milk in heavy duty blender. I use a Vita-Mix machine. Put in the bananas broken in large pieces and other fruit. Use tamper to push fruit into blades. Start out low and quickly bring up to high speed till all ingredients are blended smooth. Makes 2 20 oz. glasses of smoothie.
