1 cup strawberries
1/8 cup raspberries
1/8 cup peaches
1 cup regular vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup cow's milk
1/4 cup apple juice

  1. Add fruit in to the blender and blend

  2. Add half the milk and apple juice, blend

  3. Add ice, blend

  4. Add the rest of the liquids and yogurt and blend
