Recipe Ingredients for Straw-Ba-Nut Homemade Ice Cream

6 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
16 oz frozen strawberries, thawed slightly
2 bananas, mashed
1 cup pecans, chopped
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed in refrigerator
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Straw-Ba-Nut Homemade Ice Cream

Beat eggs, add sugar and half of milk, heat over med heat until small bubbles appear at edge of pan. Remove from heat and let cool. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla. Combine fruit and Cool Whip and stir into egg mixture. Add milk to fill line of 4-quart freezer and freeze according to directions.
