Recipe Ingredients for Stratta tomatoes spinach artichoke olive

10 oz diced tomatoes
5 oz Artichoke
1/4 cup black olives
1 tbs minced garlic
1/2 cup cooked spinach
10 slices sourdough bread
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
4 eggs
2 cup milk
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup shredded fontina
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup basil
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Stratta tomatoes spinach artichoke olive

  1. Whisk together milk, eggs, and salt

  2. Cube bread

  3. Combine drained tomatoes, artichokes, olives, spinach, garlic, and balsamic vinegar

  4. Soak bread with milk egg batter over night

  5. Marinate tomatoes, artichoke, olive, spinach mixture over night

  6. Put 1/2 cubes in bottom of bread loaf pan

  7. Drain tomatoes, artichoke, olive, spinach mixture and layer on top of the cubes

  8. Mix the chopped basil with the cheese

  9. Layer 1/2 the cheese

  10. Layer the rest of the bread cubes

  11. Top with the second half of the cheese

  12. Bake covered with tinfoil at 400 degrees for 60 mins

  13. On cover and continue to bake until golden brown
