My husband really likes this...it's a quick version of baked ziti.

Recipe Ingredients for Stovetop Ziti

16 oz penne pasta
1 tsp canola oil
2 T onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
24 oz tomato sauce
15 oz stewed tomatoes
1/4 c fat free sour cream
1/4 cup colby cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp sage
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Stovetop Ziti

Cook pasta and drain. Meanwhile, in small frying pan saute onion and garlic in oil. Add tomato sauce & stewed tomatoes to drained pasta. Add sour cream, cheese, saute mixture, and spices and heat through before serving.
