Mild Chicken Chili with a fresh carrot punch

Recipe Ingredients for Stovetop White Chili

10 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
55 grams Onion Red
1 1tsp Olive Oil
3 oz Organic Shredded Carrots
1 serving Salt Substitute
1 dash Pepper, Black
3.5 serving kroger cannellini kidney beans
3.5 serving Diced Zesty Chili Style Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Stovetop White Chili

  1. Dice Onion and Garlic

  2. Cut Chicken into one inch cubes

  3. Drain Liquid from the beans

  4. Heat Olive oil in Pan on med high

  5. Saute Onion and Garlic until Tender

  6. Add Chicken and cook until until white to center

  7. Add Carrots

  8. Cook one minute

  9. Add Tomatoes and Beans

  10. Season to taste
