2 tbsps fat free milk
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic
2 tsps worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
2 tsps vegetable oil

  2. Indent one side and cook in cast iron skillet about 4 minutes per side.
