Recipe Ingredients for Stove Top spinach balls

4.29 NLEA serving (makes 1/2 cup prepared) Stove Top Stuffing Mix Chicken Flavor
11 tsp Margarine Non-Hydrogenated
3.158 cup Spinach
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
4 oz Parmesan Shredded
3 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Stove Top spinach balls

  1. Heat oven to 400 F.

  2. Mix stuffing mix, 1 cup of hot water and margarine in large bowl until well blended. ADD remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Shape into 24 ( 2 inch ) balls and place in pans sprayed with cooking spray.

  3. Bake for 25-30 min, or until lightly brown. Rotating pans after 15 min.
