Recipe Ingredients for stove top scalloped potatoes

3 potatoes (small)
1 celery stalk
1/2 onion
1 3/4 c milk
1/4 c water
2 tbsp. flour
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tsp margarine or buttter

Recipe Directions for stove top scalloped potatoes

  1. peel potatoes

  2. chop onion and celery

  3. put in saucepan pour milk over salt and pepper to taste.

  4. cook on medium heat till potatoes are tender.

  5. add butter or margarine. mix flour and water. add to potatoes stir till thickened. cook 5 minutes. serve hot.
