Recipe Ingredients for stove top scalloped potatoes

3 potatoes (small)
1 celery stalk
1/2 onion
1 salt
1 pepper
1 3/4 c milk
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp. margarine
1/2 c water

Recipe Directions for stove top scalloped potatoes

  1. chop onion and celery.

  2. peel and slice potatoes.

  3. put in saucepan. salt and pepper to taste. pour milk over top.

  4. cook until potatoes soft, make paste with flour and 1/2 c water mix into potatoes bring back to boil until sauce is thickened. serve hot
