Recipe Ingredients for Stonehenge Bread (Bread Machine)

3 T millet
1/4 c bulgur wheat
3 T polenta
1 1/4 c boiling water
3 T honey
3 T spreadable butter with canola oil
2 c bread flour
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c rye flour
1/4 c rolled oats
2 T wheat bran
1 1/2 T gluten
1 1/2 t salt
1 T active dry yeast

  1. Soak millet, bulgur wheat, polenta, honey, butter in boiling water for 15m.

  2. Place all ingredients in bread machine (Basic/White, 1.5 pound loaf, dark crust).
