4 oz plum
6 oz nectarine
4 oz apricot
4 oz plain yogurt
1 banana, medium
4 oz water
12 oz ice
1 T Benefiber

Recipe Directions for stone fruit smoothie

  1. remove stones from fruit

  2. place ingredients in blender or food processor

  3. blend

  4. serve
