250 grams Raisins, Seedless
500 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
150 grams Sugars, Granulated
1 dash Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Cloves, Ground
1/4 tsp, ground Cardamom
1/4 tsp Ginger, Ground
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
2 medium Egg, Whole
175 grams Butter
250 grams Light Yogurt
2 cup, sliced Almonds

Recipe Directions for Stollen

  1. Knead all the ingredients together

  2. form 1/2 loafs

  3. preheat oven 250 C

  4. and reduce to 180 con.

  5. bake for 60 mins
