Recipe Ingredients for StirFry Veggies w/Chicken

1/2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
0.25 head raw Bok Choy
4 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
1/2 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
1 medium White Button Mushrooms Packaged
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 serving Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
0.5 tbsp Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for StirFry Veggies w/Chicken

Slice boneless, skinless, chicken into strips and cook in tbsp of canola or olive oil. Remove and set aside. Sautee vegtables. Mix cornstarch in teriyaki sauce in a seperate bowl until dissolved. When vegetables achieve near desired doneness, re-introduce chicken and add sauce mixture. Simmer for 2-5 minutes until thickens, serve immediately.
