Quick and Easy Chicken with Crisp Green and Yellow Peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for Stirfry Teriyaki Chicken

113.4 g chicken breast
2 oz green pepper
2 oz yellow pepper
1 oz white onion
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/4 tbsp peanut oil
1/4 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for Stirfry Teriyaki Chicken

  1. Cook Brown Rice as direction state on package set the 1/4 cup on to your plate.

  2. Slice a Skinless Chicken Brest in to thin slices, best done before chicken is completely thawed

  3. Slice Peppers, can use Red/Green/Yellow or orange, adds color to you dish.

  4. Just coat the frying pan with the peanut oil and stir fry the vegetable and place top of your already cooked brown rice , then re coat the pan and stir fry the chicken strips 5 to 8 minutes season to taste. Then just before they are done pour 1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce stir and coat all the chicken, then pour all in to your plate of rice and vegetables.
