With Peanut sauce included. Lots of Vitamin C and A.

Recipe Ingredients for Stirfry

1 cup onion
1 cup carrots chopped
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup green pepper
3 cup bok choy
2 tbsp chives
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tbls peanut butter
1 tbls soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbls sweet and sour sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tbls chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Stirfry

  1. Heat Vegetable oil

  2. Add onions

  3. Add Carrots shortly after

  4. Add Mushrooms

  5. Add Green peppers

  6. Make peanut sauce using peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, sweet and sour sauce, water and chili pepper.

  7. Stir is vegetables; cook for 2 minutes

  8. Add bok choy, after a couple tosses, turn off and serve with rice.
