Delicious stir-fry. A little sweet, a little salty. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Stirfry 1

1 tsp Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic
1 Teaspoon Honey
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sweet Red Chili Sauce
0.25 head raw Bok Choy
2 medium Carrots
0.25 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 oz Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Stirfry 1

Heat garlic and ginger in vegetable oil. Mix honey, soy sauce, and sweet red chili sauce in a bowl to taste. Add vegetables and sauce to wok. Cook to preferred softness (5-15 minutes). Enjoy!
