A simple home recipe. Goes well with steamed rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Stirfried Broccoli & carrot

350 grams broccoli
150 grams carrot
2 tbsps olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Stirfried Broccoli & carrot

  1. Cut broccoli into florets.

  2. Peel and slice carrots.

  3. Heat olive oil and add garlic. Fry till fragrant.

  4. Add carrots and stir fry for 2 mins on medium heat.

  5. Add broccoli, salt and a littel water. Stir fry for 2 mins and cover for another 3 minutes until broccoli is just soft.

  6. Serve with steamed rice.
