A veggie stir fry with Quinoa for protein

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Steamed Quinoa Thing

1 cup Quinoa
2 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.7 medium raw Onion Red
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar, Organic
1 tbsp Organics Wildflower Honey

Recipe Directions for Stir Steamed Quinoa Thing

  1. Cook Quinoa first.

  2. chop all veggies small and actually stir steam in some water or broth. put a lid on, stir occasionally.

  3. While veggies are still crisp add cooked quinoa and sauce, honey and vinegar. leave lid off and allow sauce to thicken.

  4. Eat.
