Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Veggies, Meat, & Oil

3/4 tbsp canola oil
1 1/10 pound chicken breast
160 g sliced onion
92 g sliced green pepper
125 g broccoli florets
120 g snow pea pods

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Veggies, Meat, & Oil

  1. Add canola oil to wok.

  2. Cook meat in canola oil and 1 or 2 tablespoons of your favorite stir-fry sauce over medium heat.

  3. Add veggies and about 1/4 cup more stir fry sauce.

  4. Raise heat to medium-high.

  5. Stir-fry to desired crispness/doneness.

  6. Serve over rice if desired.
