I actually used Bird's Eye frozen Asian Stir Fry that came prepackaged with sauce, but I couldn't find it here so I put some things together that were close.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Veggies with Chicken

10 cups stir fry vegetables (prepackaged)
10 servings stir fry sauce
300 g (2 fillets) chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Veggies with Chicken

  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.

  2. In a hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray cook the chicken until done.

  3. Add the vegetables and cook for five more minutes.

  4. Add the sauce and cook for five more minutes.

  5. Serve over rice.
