1 medium Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 cup Chopped Broccoli
1 tbls Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Vegetables

Oil pan. Cook onions, garlic, and carrots add in the rest of the ingredients add small amounts of water as needed. Serve with rice.
