1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 clove Garlic
3 tsp Ginger Root
1 head raw Bok Choy
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup chopped Scallions
4 serving raw Snow Peas

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Vegetables

  1. Heat oil in skillet

  2. add garlic and ginger stir 30 seconds

  3. Add vegetables and stir cooking til crisp-tender about 5-7 minutes
