Fresh vegetables with a soy sauce based sauce, seasoned with garlic and ginger. Mild but could be spicy by adding additional red pepper flakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Vegetables

2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup sweet red pepper, cut into large chunks
4 cups chinese cabbage, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup onion, cut into large chunks
6 ounces broccoli slaw
4 ounces sugar snap peas
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Vegetables

  1. Allow oil to get very hot in a large deep pot. Add all vegetables,

  2. dried on paper towels, to prevent spattering.

  3. Cook until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, stir together flour and brown sugar. Add water and whisk until smooth, whisk in remaining

  4. ingredients. Stir the sauce mixture into the vegetables, continue

  5. cooking for a few minutes to thicken.

  6. Serve.
