20 grams Bell Pepper Red
20 grams Green Bell Pepper
25 grams Baby Corn - (Whole
30 grams Mushrooms
123 grams Bean Sprouts
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Sunflower, Oleic (70% And Over)
10 grams Maggi Seasoning Sauce

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Vegetables

  1. Heat oil in stir fry pan. Add garlic and sautee for about 30 seconds add vegetables one by one separately and stir fry. Once done Mix all the veggies together in the pan and sprinkle 1 tsp of maggie seasoning sauce and stir for 2-3 mins.

  2. Serve hot with soup.
