Recipe Ingredients for Stir fry Vegetables II

16 oz cauliflower, frozen
16 oz Sugar Snap peas, frozen
300 g Red cabbage
300 g Onion
300 g Carrots
200 g red pepper
2 tbs Soy Sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth, lower sodium

Recipe Directions for Stir fry Vegetables II

Over medium heat, spray frying pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add chopped carrots, cook 2 minutes, add Onions, Peppers and Cauliflower, cook 2 minutes. Add Cabbage and snap peas, cook 3 minutes adding chicken broth and soy sauce if it gets too dry and slowly raising the heat as the vegetables sweat
