2 cup Bok Choy
4 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 small Onions
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 cup Brown Basmati Rice
1 serving Peanut Oil
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Teaspoon Soy Light Sauce
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Syrups, Maple
0.5 oz Cornstarch
3 clove Garlic
1 oz Ginger

Recipe Directions for Stir fry vegetables and beef

grate ginger. dice garlic. saute. add all other chopped vegetables. saute until somewhat browned. add beef and saute. add all remaining ingredients except cornstarch. disolve cornstarch in a little water. add to frying pan and cook while stirring about a minute. Pour vegetable beef mixture over cooked rice.
