50 g brocolli
50 g courgette
75 g yellow bell pepper
30 g mushrooms
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
50 g pak choi
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Recipe Directions for stir fry veg with egg

  1. Stirfry all the veg in the oil in a hot wok

  2. once cooked crack the egg in the wok, cook for a further 2mins until the egg is ready

  3. serve
