A quick and easy stir fry using all of Wegmans products. This is one of my boyfriend's all time favorite meals! Calorie intake includes white rice -- can substitute for brown rice if preferred.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry using Wegmans Products

12 oz. FYFGA sirloin steak, cut in small pieces
2 raw carrots, diagonally sliced
1 stalk broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 oz. sugar snapped peas
10 tbsp. stir fry sauce
4 cups rice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry using Wegmans Products

  1. Cook rice in accordance to packaging (be sure to do this first as rice takes about 20 minutes to steam... but watch carefully!!!)

  2. In a large frying pan or wok, add oil and sautee carrots, broccoli, and snap peas for about 3 - 5 minutes until they're a little softer, but still a bit crunchy

  3. Remove vegetables and set off to the side; add beef

  4. Add 2 tbsp. stir fry sauce and let beef cook for about 5 minutes

  5. Return vegetables to beef and add in remaining stir fry sauce and sesame seeds. Toss together and cover to let steam for about 5 - 7 minutes

  6. Scoop 1 cup of rice on dish and top the stir fry mix on top. Drizzle on stir fry sauce and sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top for an oriental effect!
