A simple stir fry served with rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir-Fry for Two

1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into strips
4 tbsp. Fat Free Italian Dressing
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup sliced red peppers
1 cup white rice

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fry for Two

  1. Mix sauce ingredients. Add 1 Tbsp. sauce mixture to 1/2 lb. pork; toss to coat. Let stand 5 min.

  2. Stir fry pork mixture and vegetables in oil in nonstick wok or skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until cooked through. Add remaining sauce mixture; simmer 2 min. Serve over rice.
