Home-made Stir Fry with Fresh Vegetables and Oyster Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry by Thomas

3 Tablespoon Oyster Stir Fry Sauce
344 grams(344 g) Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup, whole(63 g) Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
1 cup, chopped(160 g) Onions
75 1/2 grams Bamboo Shoots
1 oz(28 g) Water Chestnuts
1 cup, strips(124 g) Celery
316 grams(316 g) Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry by Thomas

  1. Cook Rice seperatly according to directions

  2. Cube chicken, saute in Oyster Sauce until done.

  3. In same pan with chicken, add juliened celery, carrots, bamboo, whole snap peas and sliced onion and water chestnuts. Reduced heat to medium and covered until vegetables are soft, stir occasionally.

  4. Serve hot over rice.
