Package of tofu is easily replaced with 2 chicken breasts (omit oil if you do this, it's about the same in calories). Also switch up the veggies if you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry - Teriyaki - Tofu Squash Broccoli

1 pkg Extra Firm
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 stalk Broccoli
2 serving Kikkoman Less Sodium Teriyaki
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Chili Sauce

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry - Teriyaki - Tofu Squash Broccoli

  1. Saute tofu in oil until it begins to crisp (or chunks of chicken without oil until cooked through).

  2. Mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha.

  3. Add veggies to chicken, add sauces.

  4. Toss together, saute a few more minutes.

  5. Serve over a cup of cooked rice.
