Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Summer Veggies

1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups yellow squash
1 1/2 cups zuchini
1 cup red pepper
4 tbsp grated parmesan

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Summer Veggies

  1. cut all veggies in 1/4" thick pcs

  2. salt well (add onion powder or galic salt for extra flavor)

  3. heat wok on high

  4. add 1 tbsp oil

  5. stir fry for 5-8mins till all veggies are al dente

  6. top w grated parmesan
