1 medium zuchinni
1/2 large yellow onion
2 garlic clove
1 large sweet green pepper (small poblano pepper)
1/2 large sweet red pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 onion powder to taste
1 paprika to taste
1 oregano to taste
1 garlic powder to taste
1 cayenne pepper to taste

  1. Slice vegetables as desired.
