Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Soup

1/8 c olive oil
11 oz yellow onions, ringed
6 oz carrots, grated
1 lb cabbage, shredded
9 oz broccoli, cut into smaller florets
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
43 1/2 oz canned chicken broth
1/2 c soy sauce
1 1/4 lbs chicken thighs , cubed

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Soup

  1. Pour olive oil into large pot. Saute onions until translucent.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Let the soup cook down, making sure the chicken is cooked all the way through.

  4. Makes about 11 1-cup servings.
