Best with Fresh vegetables, esepcially snap green beans. Could serve over rice, your choice. I serve with Pita Pocket (160c) used 1/2 each and I placed my mixture in the pocket -- tasted great.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Shrimp and Vegetables

5 ounces Shrimp
1/2 cup cauliflower
1 1/5 cup Green Beans
1 cup broccoli
2 tbsp Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
1/4 tsp Fish Sauce
4 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Shrimp and Vegetables

  1. Add 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste if you need to.

  2. In a heated wok, sprayed with PAM or other cooking spray sear the shrimp. If you used oil make sure you add those calories 8-D

  3. Combine Soy Sauce, Vietnamese Fish Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce and Old Bay. Add to shrimp cook for 2 more minutes.

  4. Add all vegetables, stirring constantly and cook on high for 2 more minutes -- vegetables should still be crunchy, judge by green beans.

  5. Optional: Add water chestnuts
