Recipe Ingredients for Stir-Fry Shrimp & Broccoli

10 oz medium shrimp peeled deveined
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
8 grams Cornstarch
1.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli
1 cup, strips or slices Carrots
1 cup, sliced Onions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fry Shrimp & Broccoli

  1. Thaw shrimp, rinse, pat dry, set aside.

  2. Combine water, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, sugar, set aside.

  3. In wok, stir garlic in hot oil over med-high for 15 seconds (add more oil as needed).

  4. Add broccoli, carrot, onion, cook 3 minutes, add mushrooms, cook 1-2 minutes. Remove.

  5. Stir in soy sauce mixture until slightly bubbly, add shrimp.Cook 3 minutes until opaque.

  6. Stir in vegetables, heat through.

  7. Serve with rice and sprinkle with almonds.
