A good generic stir fry sauce. I entered the ingredients and said it serves twelve. It only serves six if you like a lot of sauce so if you do, just count two servings when logging your food.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir fry sauce

0.25 cup Cornstarch
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 oz Sherry
2 tbsp Ginger, Ground
1/4 tsp Cayenne
0.3 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 tbsp Minced Garlic

Recipe Directions for Stir fry sauce

  1. Mix together:

  2. 2 Tbsp minced garlic

  3. 1/4 cup cornstarch

  4. 1/4 cup cold water

  5. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  6. 1/2 cup cold water

  7. 1/2 cup sherry

  8. 4 tsp ground ginger or 2 Tbsp fresh grated ginger

  9. 1/3 cup honey

  10. 1/4 tsp cayenne

  11. Put on stir fry after veggies are done, right before serving.
