Stir Fry Rice. With either chicken or shrimp if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Rice w/Chicken

2 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Edamame
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 oz Teriyaki Sauce Veri Veri Teriyaki
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Rice w/Chicken

  1. Saute the pepper, onion,carrots for a few minutes in 1.5 tsp olive oil.

  2. Add the rice, edamame, peas and protein, cook till heated thru, about 5 minutes.

  3. Make a well in the center of the pan. Add the rest of the oil. Pour the beaten egg in the middle of the well. Cook till almost set, then stir thru rice.

  4. Top with chopped cilantro & scallions if desired.
