Recipe Ingredients for stir fry and rice for burritos

8 oz sirloin, lean, chopped
1 cup sugar snap peas
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1 large onion, red
1 red pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups rice, brown
1/2 cup tomato, chopped

Recipe Directions for stir fry and rice for burritos

  1. Chop ingredients and cook when veggies are done add brown rice and tomato.

  2. Warm up 98% fat free mission style flour wrap and fill with stir fry and rice mixture and sprinkle a little low fat cheese in, enjoy.

  3. You can also add 2 tbs fat free refried beans use salsa and or low fat sour cream to dip.
