Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry

200 grams carrot, broccoli, snow peas and water chestnuts
2 tablespoons canola oil
50 gram Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
2 teaspoons soy sauce
50 grams egg noodles
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon basil

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry

  1. Boil water and place egg noodles in to cook. In other pan cook up some slices of lean boneless chicken tenderloin until just cooked.

  2. Take wok and add roughly 1 tablespoon of canola or olive oil, add mixed stri fry vegetables, garlic, soy sauce and basil. Cook stirring continuously in wok. Add chicken and cook through allowing flavour to soak.

  3. Add egg noodles once cooked and allow to take on flavour. Serve immeadiately.
