Recipe Ingredients for stir fry

180 grams carrots
172 grams broccoli
117 grams red onion
9 grams garlic
175 grams black beans
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for stir fry

  1. Steam broccoli and carrot slices.

  2. Saute sliced onions and garlic in olive oil.

  3. Once done, add all ingredients together.

  4. Add spices to taste.

  5. Serve over brown rice if desired.
